Mila villa
Mila Villa is developed and produced by Destination Green, with Mila Modular beautifully designed by Archidix Architects Amsterdam — both with more than 20 years of experience. We’re redefining eco-friendly living with our prefabricated bio-composite and glulam modular bungalows, where sustainability meets smart modern design.
Mila Modular — bio-composite and teak panels made from reclaimed teak, on a steel frame with glulam joists. Flexible, expandable configurations from 42 m² up to 120+ m².- add a module anytime without major reconstruction.
Mila Resort — Kalsiboard panels reinforced with a full glulam structural frame, zero steel, with rhombus bio-composite cladding outside. Fully insulated, private wellness area, swimming pool.
Structure complete, first finished unit expected October 2026.
Mila Eco — glulam structure and bio-composite panels for a lighter-weight, lower-cost build — a practical entry point into timber-frame modular living.
Every model shares the same bio-composite floors and roof as standard, with joist substructure produced from laminated recycled teak (glulam). Each bungalow is built at our own factory before being shipped to its final destination for assembly, on demountable pedestal foundations — no concrete, no site disturbance.
Eco-conscious construction/ low carbon footprint

- Insulated double walls/roof for comfortable, year-round living (Mila Modular and Mila Resort).
