This is an available upgrade. Your Mila villa creates and manages its own resources, independent of any main connections.

• How it works: The mila villa uses systems like solar panels (for power), water tanks (to collect rain), and contained waste treatment systems. It gathers and manages everything it needs by itself.
• Who sets it up: We partner with SmartEnergy.tech, a solar & battery specialist with 150+ projects across Indonesia, to design and install these systems as part of the off grid package.
• Best for: Remote properties, nature spots, or anyone who wants complete energy independence.

Solar & battery package (2-bedroom unit):

• 6.25 kWp solar array (Trina 625Wp panels)
• 15.3 kWh LiFePO4 battery storage (6,000-cycle rated)
• Approx. 28 kWh usable output per day / 10,300 kWh per year
• Hybrid inverter with a remote monitoring app to track your energy production and savings
• Saves approximately 8,250 kg of CO2 emissions per year

1-bedroom and 3-bedroom system sizes are also available on request.

Insulation: For insulation we use 75mm or 100mm rockwool.
