Your Journey to Owning a Mila Villa

This process applies to villas built on your own land. If you’re purchasing a unit within our Kuta Lombok development, see Kuta Lombok instead.

Once your custom Mila design is finalized, your villa will be ready for delivery in up to 12 weeks. Our process is designed for clarity and peace of mind.

Building your villa

The Process:

Stage 1:

Reserve Your Build

10%

Secure your production slot and receive the detailed drawings needed for your local building permits and foundation preparation.

Stage 2:

Finalize & Begin Production

40%

We finalize all design details together, lock in your plans, and officially begin producing your Mila Villa.

Stage 3:

Prepare for Delivery

30%

As we near completion, we’ll guide you on preparing your site. Your local contractor should now have installed the concrete pedestals where the structure will rest on. Within Indonesia, your villa is delivered by truck; for destinations outside Indonesia, it ships by 40ft sea container on FOB terms from our factory in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.

Stage 4:

Handover

Our expert team arrives to assemble your Mila Villa on its prepared foundation. We complete a final walkthrough with you and hand over the keys to your finished retreat.

Additional cost to consider.

  1. Concrete pedestals need to be installed and ready. We supply the detail drawing regarding how and where the concrete pedestals need to be installed. The concrete pedestals need at least 2 weeks curing time before we can start building. We recommend using a local contractor.
  2. Import duties and local transport are the responsibility of the client. For shipments outside Indonesia via sea container, port fees at destination also apply.
  3. All local permits are the responsibility of the client.
  4. Accommodation, tickets, and visa for installation staff must be arranged by the client.
  5. Goods need to be able to be unloaded at the location where the villa will be built.
  6. Outside Indonesia, MEP work needs to be handled by a certified local contractor.
