This is an available upgrade. Your Mila villa creates and manages its own resources, independent of any main connections.

• How it works: The mila villa uses systems like solar panels (for power), water tanks (to collect rain), and contained waste treatment systems. It gathers and manages everything it needs by itself.
• Who sets it up: We provide these specialized systems as part of the off grid package.
• Best for: Remote properties, nature spots, or anyone who wants complete energy independence.

Insulation: For insulation we use 15cm of coconut fibre which is vacuum sealed the insulation value is above R 5.0 for roof we can go over R 6.
