Once your custom Mila design is finalized, your villa will be ready for delivery in up to 12 weeks. Our process is designed for clarity and peace of mind.

The Process:
Stage 1:
Reserve Your Build

Secure your production slot and receive the detailed drawings needed for your local building permits and foundation preparation.
Stage 2:
Finalize & Begin Production
40%
We finalize all design details together, lock in your plans, and officially begin producing your Mila Villa.
Stage 3:
Prepare for Delivery
30%
As we near completion, we’ll guide you on preparing your site. Your local contractor should now have installed the concrete pedestals where the steel structure will rest on. Your villa is shipped by a 40 ft seacontainer on FOB terms from our factory in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
Stage 4:
Turnkey Handover
20%
Our expert team arrives to assemble your Mila Villa on its prepared foundation. We complete a final walkthrough with you and hand over the keys to your finished, perfect retreat.
# Additional cost to consider.
- Concrete pedestals need to be installed and ready. We supply the detail drawing regarding how and where the concrete pedestals need to be installed. The concrete pedestals need at least 6 weeks curing time before we can start building. We recommend to use a local contractor.
- Import duties, port fees at destination and local transport are the responsibility of the client.
- All local permits will be the responsibility of the client
- Accommodation, tickets and visa for installation staff has to be arranged by client
- Goods need to be able to unloaded at location where the villa need to be build.
- Outside Indonesia the MEP work needs to be handled by a certified local contractor.
